Step by step

  1. 1

Open AndEase on iPhone and complete the first launch prompts.

  2. 2

Add the pain locations you want to track, such as head, back, knee, or another area.

  3. 3

Add medicines you want to record, including dose, expected onset, and expected duration when known.

  4. 4

Review notification permissions if you want reminders for medication timing or check-ins.

  5. 5

Log a first pain entry from Dashboard, then review it in Logs.

  6. 6

Open Settings when you want to adjust themes, exports, notifications, or data controls.

What setup controls

Setup controls the locations and medicines that appear in your daily tracking flow. You can keep this simple at first and refine it later.

Medication details are for tracking and reminders only. Follow your clinician or medication label for actual medication use.

What to do next

After setup, use Dashboard during the day, Logs for corrections, Insights for patterns, and reports or CSV export when you want to share a summary.
