AndEase for clinics

See what happens between appointments.

AndEase is a provider portal for reviewing patient-reported pain, medication use, and trend data patients choose to share from the app.

Built for pain clinics, physiotherapy practices, chronic pain programs, rehabilitation, and medication follow-up teams.

Patients choose whether to connect, what data types to share, and the date range. Clinic teams only see data shared through Secure Sync.

The AndEase Provider Portal is for clinic review and care conversations. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional clinical judgment.

How clinics get access

New clinics should contact AndEase to discuss pricing, onboarding, portal roles, DPA and security documentation, and patient connection workflows. Existing authorized staff can use the portal login.

Patients forget. Appointments are short.

Patients often forget details between appointments. Pain levels, medication timing, symptoms, and changes over time can be hard to reconstruct from memory.

A clearer view between visits.

AndEase lets patients capture details in the app and share a controlled view with clinic teams, so appointments can start from recent history instead of memory alone.

Workflow

A patient-controlled clinic workflow

Secure Sync starts only when a patient chooses to connect or share from the app. The app presents the sharing scope before syncing, and patients can change sharing or disconnect.

Clinic staff can use the Provider Portal guide for portal workflows, and patients can review Secure Sync help before connecting.

1

Clinic gets portal access

Authorized clinic staff use the AndEase Provider Portal for shared patient-reported data.

2

Invite or connect patients

The clinic invites patients or gives them a link or QR code to connect their app.

3

Patient chooses sharing

The patient chooses whether to connect, plus which data types and date range to share.

4

Clinic reviews shared data

Clinicians review only the pain trends, medication logs, notes, and history the patient shared.

5

Appointments start clearer

Care conversations can begin with recent history instead of memory alone.

Privacy and trust

Patient-controlled sharing, with clinic access boundaries.

AndEase keeps the privacy story close to the workflow: patients choose what leaves the app, and clinic access is limited to the shared connection.

Portal access

Provider portal access is separate from the personal app and is intended for authorized clinic staff.

FAQ

Common clinic questions

What data can a patient share, and what stays private?

Patients choose the data types and time range before Secure Sync. Personal app data stays on the device unless the patient enables Secure Sync, exports it, or shares it; clinic teams see only information shared through the clinic connection.

Does AndEase integrate with our EHR or practice management system?

The current portal focuses on reviewing patient-reported data inside AndEase. EHR or practice management integrations should be discussed directly with AndEase so the workflow, data scope, and compliance requirements can be reviewed.

Can individual clinicians have separate logins?

Provider portal access is intended for authorized clinic staff. Account setup and permissions can vary by clinic, so clinician roles and access needs should be covered during onboarding.

What happens if a patient stops sharing or disconnects?

Patients can change sharing, disconnect, or delete backend data from Care Center > Secure Sync > Sync Settings in the app. When sharing stops, new data is no longer synced to the clinic connection.

Is pricing or a demo available?

Pricing is available on request. Clinics can contact AndEase to discuss clinic size, rollout needs, portal access, and a guided product demo.

Can clinics export data from the portal?

Clinic portal capabilities may vary by release. Patients can export appointment-ready PDF reports and CSV files directly from the app, and clinics should confirm portal export needs with AndEase.
