Aptabase website analytics is optional and is loaded only after you choose Accept analytics. If you choose Necessary only, analytics is not loaded.

The website may store an AndEase consent preference cookie so it can remember whether you accepted analytics or selected Necessary only.

The preference expires after 6 months. You can clear it earlier from your browser settings or by changing your choice in Cookie settings.

Analytics storage and requests

If you consent, AndEase loads Aptabase website analytics to understand broad website usage and improve the site.

Analytics may record safe events such as page views, App Store clicks, portal clicks, support/contact clicks, and guide or screenshot navigation.

Analytics events must not include names, email addresses, patient data, clinic names, query strings, notes, pain or medication content, reports, or other health entry content.

Security checks

The clinic inquiry form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish real visitors from automated abuse before the form sends an email.

Turnstile is treated as strictly necessary security functionality for the form and is not used for AndEase marketing analytics.

What this website does not use

This implementation does not use Cookiebot CMP, Google Analytics, Google Site Kit, Metabase analytics cookies, advertising pixels, newsletter tracking, embedded social plug-ins, or chat widgets.

Cloudflare Web Analytics and Browser Insights are not enabled for this website implementation.

If those tools are added later, AndEase must update this policy and request consent where required before they are used.

Managing your choice

You can reopen Cookie settings from the website footer at any time. Withdrawing analytics consent stops future Aptabase website analytics from loading.
