These Terms apply to the AndEase website, support materials, AndEase iOS app information, optional Secure Sync information, and the AndEase Provider Portal materials made available by AndEase.

Additional app store terms, subscription terms, clinic onboarding terms, or signed agreements may apply to specific services.

You may use the website and AndEase materials for lawful personal, support, evaluation, and clinic onboarding purposes.

You must not interfere with website or portal operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse clinic or patient information, or use AndEase materials in a misleading way.

AndEase is for personal tracking, informational records, and care conversations. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, dosage instructions, treatment decisions, or emergency services.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. In an emergency, call local emergency services.

Provider Portal access is intended for authorized clinic staff. Clinic access, roles, patient sharing, data processing, security, and support responsibilities may be governed by separate onboarding terms or written agreements.

Clinic staff must access only information they are authorized to review and must use shared patient-reported data according to applicable law, clinic policy, and any written agreement with AndEase.

Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Secure Sync and clinic workflows may also require clinic-specific data processing documentation.

The website and related services are provided on an as-available basis. AndEase may update, suspend, or change features to improve reliability, security, compliance, or product quality.
