Reports and export

Exports are controlled by you. Review files before sharing them with a clinician or storing them outside AndEase.

Step by step

  1. 1

Review Logs and Insights first so the history reflects what you intended to record.

  2. 2

Open the app report or export area.

  3. 3

Choose the supported report, CSV, or backup option you need.

  4. 4

Select where to save or share the file from the iOS share sheet.

  5. 5

If sharing with a clinician, review the file before sending it.

  6. 6

If an export will not share, save locally first or try a different share destination.

CSV import and backup notes

CSV export and compatible import or backup flows can help you keep a copy of supported data where available.

After a file leaves AndEase, you are responsible for where it is stored or sent.

Support and sensitive data

Do not email personal health entries to support unless support specifically asks for a safe export.
